Booking & Treatment Policies for Nóvara Treatments

Please find below a comprehensive guide to our beauty and aesthetic treatment booking and treatment policies. They are in place for your convenience and safety, as it is crucial that every treatment takes the correct amount of time and is afforded the correct aftercare.

Please note that we aim to respond to enquiries in 1-3 working days. We are not open on Sundays.

When you book an appointment you are agreeing to the following:

Policies

We provide pre-treatment paperwork for you to fill out before we proceed with aesthetic treatments and reserve the right to cancel a booking if you refuse to fill out the paperwork, or if we feel the information you provide means the booked treatment would be inappropriate or unsafe. Your safety is our priority; if we feel a treatment is not appropriate for you due to a health concern, medical history, upcoming travel plans or a contradicting treatment, we will not proceed. We will work with you to re-book at a different time or to choose an alternative treatment where appropriate.

A booking fee will be taken for all appointments. This is non-refundable. If you give more than 48 hours’ notice you can reschedule your appointment using the same booking fee within a 3 week period. If you give less than 48 hours’ notice you will lose your booking fee, and have to rebook with another. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay the FULL treatment cost, your card will automatically be charged.

We do not offer refunds, if there’s a problem please contact us within 72 hours of having your treatment so we can try and resolve the problem for you, anything after this will need to be booked as a new treatment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for any other treatments you are booked in for, it will have to be rescheduled and will require a new booking fee.  If you do not arrive to your appointment you will not be booked in again until you have paid in full for the missed appointment.

Please come to your appointments alone as we do not have the room to accommodate anyone else apart from Sarah and the client booked in.

Payment is required by cash or bank transfer before you leave. If paying by cash please have the correct money.

Please make sure you follow the aftercare and advice we provide. Failure to do this may result in treatments not lasting as long as they should, or you may encounter problems further down the line.
